This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds related to our pay-as-you-go wallet system for HustleBot, a product of Apprikart Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd. By adding funds to your HustleBot wallet, you agree to this policy.
HustleBot operates on a wallet system where you pre-pay for services. All wallet recharges are final and non-refundable. The funds added to your wallet cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account.
Any unused balance in your wallet is not eligible for a refund. This includes any remaining funds if you choose to close your account.
We do not offer refunds for service interruptions or campaign failures that are outside of our direct control, such as issues with third-party providers like META for WhatsApp campaigns.
