By creating an account and using the HustleBot service, a product of Apprikart Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
HustleBot is an omni-channel marketing platform that allows users to create, manage, and deploy email and WhatsApp campaigns. SMS functionality is currently under development and will be subject to these terms upon release.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
HustleBot operates on a pay-as-you-go wallet system. You must add funds to your wallet to launch campaigns. All payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway, PhonePe.
All wallet recharges are final and non-refundable.
The balance in your wallet cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed for cash. You can view our full Refund Policy here.
You are solely responsible for the content of your campaigns. You agree not to send any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
For WhatsApp campaigns, you must obtain approval for your application and message templates from META. We do not guarantee approval, and your ability to run WhatsApp campaigns is contingent on complying with META's policies.
HustleBot is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including any campaign failures or data loss.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. If your account is terminated, you will not be eligible for a refund of any remaining wallet balance.
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes, and your continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
